Experience Partner – Real Estate Leasing and Operations
Reddit, Inc.
• Serve as the strategic owner of Reddit’s global real estate portfolio operations, overseeing lease lifecycle management, portfolio planning, and governance across all office locations. • Develop and execute portfolio strategies aligned to workforce planning, hybrid work models, and long-term business growth helping identify opportunities for consolidation, expansion, and cost optimization across regions. • Lead end-to-end lease administration, including renewals, expirations, options, lease abstracts, CAM reconciliations, landlord compliance, and critical date management. • Build and maintain financial models to support renewals, exits, restructures, and new market entry; develop forecasts, variance analyses, and long-range portfolio plans to inform executive decision-making. • Partner cross-functionally with Finance, HR, Workplace, Procurement, Legal, and external brokers to drive successful transactions, ensure alignment with business priorities, and support scenario planning and headcount modeling. • Leverage workplace analytics and utilization data to inform portfolio decisions, space planning assumptions, and operational strategy. • Maintain accurate, real-time portfolio data across lease administration systems; establish portfolio management standards, reporting dashboards, and executive-ready insights. • Drive process improvements, operational rigor, and automation initiatives across the GRE function; manage third-party lease administration and portfolio vendors as needed.
Job Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in corporate real estate, including commercial lease negotiations and lease lifecycle management across multiple locations.
- Deep understanding of commercial lease structures and market dynamics, including fluency in key lease terms (e.g., TI allowances, CAM, rent escalations, options, abatements) and the ability to evaluate competitive market conditions.
- Strong financial and analytical skills, with the ability to build clear financial models, portfolio plans, and executive-ready planning materials.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills that translate into presenting recommendations to senior leadership and driving alignment in high-visibility decision forums.
- Advanced ability to visualize and translate complex data into clean, comprehensive dashboards and planning sheets.
- Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- A strong design sensibility and the ability to approach workplace challenges through creative, thoughtful design solutions.
