Driver Recruiter Full-time Remote - Ideally, candidate is in MST Time Zone Communicates with company driver applicants through all stages of the onboarding process to recruit, select, and hire qualified individuals for employment with Day & Ross or any of its subsidiaries. How You’ll Help - Source and qualify candidates for various driving roles nationwide - Reach out to candidates via emails, phone calls, and text messaging to engage drivers. - Clearly communicate job responsibilities, company culture, and become the conduit between quality driver candidates and operational needs. - Ask probing questions to either eliminate or move forward with candidate - Summarize key benefits and value propositions - Update our ATS (Tenstreet) to reflect current candidate information, including notes, interviews and all data received from 3rd party records. (MVR, Background Information, etc.) - Attend hiring events and work at offsite locations for special projects/events or start-ups. - Work closely and communicate with related departments. - Performs other duties as requested. Your Skills & Experience: - Associate's degree or 1 to 2 years of related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience. - Computer literacy and Microsoft Office Products proficiency (Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint). - Experience with the Tenstreet Application Management System is preferred. - Working knowledge of the transportation industry, DOT Regulations and Federal Regulations pertaining to hiring practices. - Up to 25 percent travel may be required within North America.
