Head of Talent Acquisition

• You will take strategic and operational overall responsibility for the entire recruiting function at Recare as Head of Talent Acquisition. • You will report to our Chief of Staff and lead a lean, high-performing two-person team. • Build a recruiting organization that doesn’t trail our growth but enables it. • Actively support your team with sourcing, interviews, and process management. • Work in a technology-driven way. • Identify and implement automations that eliminate repetitive processes and give your team space for strategic work.

Job Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience building or scaling recruiting structures in high-growth tech companies.
  • Demonstrable responsibility for hiring volume, hiring quality, and team leadership.
  • Genuine AI fluency: you use AI tools actively and confidently in your day-to-day work—and can clearly articulate how AI is changing recruiting and where its limits lie.
  • A distinct perspective on how Talent Acquisition functions in an organization that builds Human + AI workplaces—including changed competency profiles, assessment methods, and candidate experience.
  • Confidence in dealing with senior leadership and the ability to challenge and improve hiring managers.
  • A clear understanding of how to manage recruiting in a data-driven way.
  • Fluent German (C2) and English.
