Senior Direct Marketing Strategist
Setton Industries Inc.
• Onboard and support clients using our Direct Marketing Services (DMS). • Serve as a strategic expert in lifecycle marketing, email marketing, and direct response. • Elevate the sophistication of campaign planning and testing methodologies. • Guide performance analysis and introduce best practices and optimization frameworks. • Ensure clients maximize their ROI and that team metrics remain strong and consistent. • Lead the strategy, development, and optimization of multi-channel campaigns (email, SMS, direct mail). • Partner with internal creative, technical and client teams to guide messaging, targeting, and design overall campaign structures. • Define and maintain campaign standards—including deliverability, compliance, and design guidelines. • Track and analyze campaign performance metrics and provide timely reporting and insights to leadership. • Identify opportunities to enhance campaign effectiveness and the client experience. • Review and refine campaign content through editing, proofreading, and occasional copywriting.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field — or equivalent experience.
- 4+ years of experience in direct or lifecycle marketing, with proven ability to build and maintain multi-channel campaigns (email, SMS, reputation, direct mail) and contribute to strategy, messaging, testing, and optimization.
- Strong proficiency with marketing automation tools, including ServiceTitan Marketing Pro or similar platforms, with the adaptability to learn new features and guide clients through evolving best practices.
- Analytical, data-driven approach with experience using performance metrics to identify trends, diagnose issues, and recommend improvements.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including strong writing and editing capabilities in direct response and client-facing contexts.
- Client-centric mindset with proactive engagement, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to tailor solutions to meet client needs.
- Ability to operate independently, make informed recommendations, and serve as a knowledgeable resource for teammates (without formal leadership duties).

Role Description As Manager of Walk to End Alzheimer’s, you join an exclusive team of leaders responsible for the implementation of Walk to End Alzheimer’s®, the world’s largest fundraiser for Alzheimer’s care, support, and research. Walk to End Alzheimer’s® ranks as the second-largest peer-to-peer fundraising event in the United States and continues to set the pace as one of the fastest growing walk events in the country. - Utilize proven networking and relationship building skills to cultivate key community connections. - Drive success and achieve revenue goals by strategically identifying and engaging community and corporate leaders. - Build and empower sustainable volunteer committees. - Generate excitement and enthusiasm in the community for Walk to End Alzheimer’s. - Coach and inspire volunteers to implement and build on proven strategies and best practices that result in event growth year over year.
