• Generate opportunities by assessing the client's needs and handing the opportunity over to the appropriate Sales team member in a timely manner. • Research and build prospect accounts, identifying new sales opportunities through outbound efforts (e.g. cold calls, emails, event-based campaigning, content and vertical campaigns and social media). • Cultivate leads by assessing the opportunity, communicating the value propositions for the customer, and following up in a timely manner. • Generate and conduct due diligence on inbound and outbound leads. • Report on territory and lead activity to the manager and track and maintain prospects, as well as update contact information in CRM. • Ensure accurate data entry of own activities once the opportunity has been handed off. • Assimilate product and market knowledge and effectively communicate the benefits and feature set of Open Systems to prospects over the telephone. • Work in collaboration with marketing to develop programs that will generate the best leads. • Demonstrate thought leadership with customers and stay apprised of the industry trends by contributing to social media sites (i.e. X, LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.)

• Build your own pipeline – using partners as a force multiplier • Identify, activate, and push partners into real deal creation • Run deals end-to-end (qualification → close) • Own a full revenue quota • Work directly with senior leadership (CEO / CRO) • Help define how modern partner-led sales actually works
