• This is a high-impact, specialist role responsible for owning, architecting, and maintaining all commercial and revenue financial models for Prolific, including our Research and AI business units. • Reporting directly to the Finance Director, you will be the single source of truth and specialist contact for all revenue inputs, drivers, outputs and growth assumptions for Business Unit leaders and Investors. • You will establish and own clear forecast, monitoring and reporting mechanisms for all revenue segments including all revenue drivers and funnel inputs for both internal and external reporting audiences. • Scenario planning, sensitivity analysis and changes to commercial models will be a key part of your role as will transaction and strategic finance (M&A).

• Module Expertise: AR, AP, GL, Cash Management, Costing • Experience in EDI development & deployment • Strong knowledge in PLSQL (Packages, Procedures, functions) • Experience in P2P and O2C Cycle • Experience in SLA configuration • Experience in interfaces & usage of API • Elicit business requirements and map business processes • Create functional requirements specifications, designs, and technical specifications • Develop, test, and deploy code • Coordinate with business users, architects, business analysts, developers, DBAs, testers, and migration teams across the globe. • Setup, Extend, and Customize Oracle EBS R12 Finance modules. • Provide production support, troubleshoot issues, and develop bug fixes

• Map processes and implement automation solutions to eliminate manual effort and optimize operational efficiency. • Integrate and maintain data sources from banks/processors via APIs, SFTP, and email workflows, ensuring data quality, completeness, and traceability. • Analyze variances and differences across banks, processors, and internal records; conduct root-cause analysis and propose remediations and automations. • Design and implement dashboards, automate reporting, and develop analytical models (pivot tables, lookups, Power Query/Power Pivot, or equivalent) to monitor KPIs and track variances. • Manage tickets and workflows in Jira for new reconciliations, rule/sweep changes, file uploads/removals, following strong documentation practices. • Collaborate with Business Assurance, Operations, Treasury, Accounting, Product, and Data to resolve incidents, capture requirements, and coordinate UAT for new integrations. • Standardize SOPs, strengthen controls, and scale end-to-end automations to reduce manual work and rework. • Support multiple projects simultaneously in an agile context: gathering requirements, coordinating with stakeholders, performing UAT, and managing change.
