Senior Strategic Finance Manager

• Partner closely with our Sales, Marketing, and Revenue Operations teams to shape growth strategy • Evaluate trade-offs and develop strategic forecasting • Turn complex financial data into clear, actionable insights • Balance short-term efficiency with long-term impact • Work in a fast-paced collaborative environment, navigating ambiguity, and shaping strategic decisions

Job Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in strategic finance, business operations, FP&A, or related roles
  • Proven experience informing growth or go-to-market strategy through financial analysis
  • Experience building and owning scenario-based topline forecasts
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets, including financial modeling and scenario analysis
  • Ability to clearly communicate financial insights and recommendations to non-finance stakeholders
  • Strong understanding of unit economics, including LTV, CAC, payback analysis, and cohort analyses
  • Background in a high-growth or scaling company
  • Experience in a healthcare services or marketplace businesses
  • Prior experience in Investment Banking, Private equity, or Consulting
  • Experience partnering closely with Marketing, Revenue Operations, or GTM teams
