Job Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in strategic finance, business operations, FP&A, or related roles
- Proven experience informing growth or go-to-market strategy through financial analysis
- Experience building and owning scenario-based topline forecasts
- Advanced proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets, including financial modeling and scenario analysis
- Ability to clearly communicate financial insights and recommendations to non-finance stakeholders
- Strong understanding of unit economics, including LTV, CAC, payback analysis, and cohort analyses
- Background in a high-growth or scaling company
- Experience in a healthcare services or marketplace businesses
- Prior experience in Investment Banking, Private equity, or Consulting
- Experience partnering closely with Marketing, Revenue Operations, or GTM teams
