Senior Program Manager, myTrack Client Migration

Management Controls Inc.

• Lead the strategic transition of existing Track clients to the next-generation myTrack platform • Own the design, optimization, scheduling, and execution of a multi-year migration program targeting approximately 45 client transitions by mid-2029 • Oversee a portfolio of concurrent enterprise migrations while establishing the frameworks, governance, KPIs, and automation required to scale predictably • Create and manage detailed program plans, milestones, and resource allocations • Drive disciplined risk management and proactive issue resolution • Serve as program lead for enterprise client migrations • Develop strong understanding of Track and myTrack architecture, integrations, and data structures • Identify and drive automation opportunities in reporting, testing, and deployment

Job Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in program management, transformation leadership, or enterprise consulting
  • 5+ years leading complex, multi-client enterprise programs
  • Proven experience managing platform migrations, SaaS implementations, or modernization initiatives
  • Strong technical fluency (SaaS platforms, integrations, data migration concepts)
  • Demonstrated ability to build scalable frameworks, not just manage projects
  • Executive stakeholder management experience
  • Strong financial acumen with understanding of revenue, margin, and resource planning
  • Experience working cross-functionally without direct authority
