Portfolio Program Manager
AAA - American Automobile Association
• Supports the SPMO in strengthening enterprise delivery performance • Partners with project and program teams to apply foundational project management practices • Increases transparency into delivery health and proactively surfaces risks and issues • Helps implement and mature portfolio management standards • Develops and maintains standardized dashboards that provide transparent views of delivery health • Supports quarterly portfolio reviews and executive reporting.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in related area or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- 8+ years of experience in portfolio, program and project management
- Understanding of project management principles and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall)
- Experience with project management software and tools (Smartsheet, Project, Asana, Monday, etc.)
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Experience with risk management and mitigation strategies
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Leadership and mentoring skills.

Role Description This position is responsible for leading the Quality ERP strategy and roadmap within SyteLine Cloud, including evaluating options, defining the implementation path, and aligning stakeholders across the enterprise. The role will focus on identifying which quality processes should be managed within SyteLine, what enhancements or integrations are needed, and driving consensus and adoption among quality leaders. - Lead the development of a strategic roadmap for quality management within SyteLine Cloud ERP, including short- and long-term goals. - Evaluate existing and potential quality modules, enhancements, and integrations to support enterprise-wide quality processes. - Collaborate with quality leaders, site teams, and business stakeholders to gather requirements and align on priorities. - Define and document project plans, milestones, and detailed actions for quality-related ERP initiatives. - Serve as the primary liaison between IT, business units, and vendors for quality-related ERP functionality. - Establish and enforce standards and best practices for quality processes within SyteLine Cloud. - Coordinate and support testing and validation of quality features, including automated testing strategies. - Maintain centralized documentation and governance tools (e.g., SharePoint) for quality ERP initiatives. - Support change management and enterprise buy-in for quality roadmap execution. - Assist project managers during implementations with quality-related software and service support. - Monitor and enforce compliance with corporate IT policies, including SOX and SOC controls related to quality systems. • Oversee risk and compliance programs impacting CRE including maintenance of program requirements, communicate requirements and train. • Complete first line of defense self assessments to include validating program requirements are followed and performing data integrity assessment to confirm accuracy and completeness of data • Compile standard management reporting to demonstrate compliance with policy requirement and conduct quality checks of data to confirm completeness and accuracy • Collaborate with external and internal partners to ensure programs are managed and governed • Collaborate with CRE team members to gather, identify and resolve issues • Analyze data and ensure data integrity of contract information • Communicate with various levels within CRE, within U.S. Bank and with outside third parties • Establish project deadlines and manage to the deadlines • Provide periodic metric reports in a concise, understandable manner • Train CRE team members on applicable applications that support compliance with programs managed by CRE. • Satisfy requests from second line of defense for risks and controls managed by CRE • Oversee CRE Team Member compliance with Enterprise required training • Conduct required ongoing performance management and verifications with CRE team members and vendors • Research and resolve audit and risk findings as needed • Oversee system access of users according to program requirements
