Enterprise Account Manager
Marvin
• Create and implement strategic target account plans that align with overall business and growth objectives • Develop and execute account mapping, growth and customer acquisition strategies to expand into new verticals and territories • Build relationships with key executives and influencers that peer well with HeyMarvin leadership • Provide product demonstrations and technical expertise during the sales process • Act as the primary contact for all partner-related inquiries and ensure effective communication and collaboration • Work in tandem with CS for business and quarterly planning / reviews with customers to ensure they are leveraging the HeyMarvin platform • Work with sales manager on account planning and forecasting • Own end-to-end negotiations and execution of six-figure renewals and upsells contract • Collaborate with product, design, and engineering teams to provide informed recommendations for HeyMarvin's Enterprise product roadmap.
Job Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as an Enterprise Account Manager
- Experience selling technical SaaS and cloud software in UX/UI organizations or related tech companies
- Track record of overachieving revenue targets of 1M+ and successfully navigating and closing six figure deals
- Experience with sales related tools (Hubspot, Salesforce, LI Navigator)
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Demonstrate ability to quickly learn new products and solutions
- A strong drive to succeed, and comfortable pushing the pace of action
- High adaptability and understanding of change within the evolution and ambiguity of a startup
- Ability to travel occasionally for customer on-site, events and internal summits.
