Senior Client Marketing Strategist

SeatGeek

• Be the main marketing point of contact for SeatGeek’s enterprise clients, working with clients ranging from the Dallas Cowboys and AT&T Stadium, to major events like the PGA Championship, to major arenas with nightly concerts and sporting events like Rocket Arena • Work across SeatGeek’s marketing team to take dedicated efforts to assist clients during peak demand moments • Build out efficient processes to scale efforts across SeatGeek’s growing client base, making sure we are able to support and empower all clients  • Partner with SeatGeek’s Client Services team to ensure SeatGeek’s marketing team is prioritizing the right clients at the right times  • Report back to clients on SeatGeek marketing initiatives, using strong data analytics skills to highlight the impact SeatGeek drives • Represent SeatGeek marketing in various forums, from quarterly client meetings to Annual Business Reviews

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree and 4+ years of experience in integrated marketing strategy with preferred additional experience in a client-facing role
  • Experience owning 30+ relationships or projects at once and delivering success across them all via scalable solutions
  • Stellar communication and collaboration skills, comfortable presenting to large groups and operating in high pressure situations
  • Exceptional data analysis skills, especially utilizing Business intelligence software (Tableau, Yellowfin, Looker, etc.) and spreadsheets (Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets)
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate with internal stakeholders and partners alike to deliver successful outcomes
  • A passion for the sports and entertainment space and an eagerness to partner with venues and promoters to maximize revenue for their events
  • Understanding of core marketing channels such as CRM, SEM, SEO, Social and Influencer
  • Proven ability to lead projects from ideation to implementation to analysis, particularly when initial idea/problem may be ambiguous
