This role is not about “making ads” - it’s about building and leading a creative engine . You’ll own the creative direction, designing scalable processes that turn consumer insights into consistently high-performing creatives. Job Requirements
- 1+ years in a similar role
- Solid understanding of ads performance metrics
- Strong knowledge of how ad networks work
- Experience working with UGC creatives — from ideation to scripting and execution
- Ability to analyze performance data and propose data-driven hypotheses
- Experience in writing compelling ad copy
- Passion for social media trends
- Strong communication skills
- English level: B2 or higher
- Experience with AI tools (nice to have)
- Experience in social media ads for subscription-based mobile apps (nice to have)
