We expect that with your support and experience, we will be able to take our creatives to a qualitatively new level, develop deeper consumer hypotheses, and as a result, strengthen our marketing strategy. What You’ll Do - Team management: Manage and lead a team of Creative Marketers, Motion and Graphic Designers (20+ people) to ensure that all projects are completed on time and to a high standard of quality. - Production process optimization: Streamline the creative production process, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to increase efficiency and quality. - Performance optimization: Continuously analyze and optimize the performance of creative materials, using data and analytics to make informed decisions about creative direction and messaging. - Cross-functional collaboration: Collaborate with other teams, including user acquisition, analytics, and product marketing, to ensure that creative materials are aligned with overall marketing and business objectives. Qualifications - At least 4+ years of experience in creative production, advertising, or a related field. - Strong knowledge of creative production, including video, graphic design, copywriting, and digital advertising. - Ability to use data and analytics to make informed decisions about creative direction and messaging. - Experience in managing multiple creative projects simultaneously, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines. - Understanding of digital marketing platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other social media platforms. - Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and circumstances, with the ability to pivot quickly when necessary. - English at the Upper-Intermediate level and higher, both written and spoken.
