Position Summary The Salesforce Administrator will be a critical functional technology partner supporting Thales’s Sales Operations, Support, Marketing, and Finance departments. This position will play a key role in assessing, deploying, supporting and improving business systems that deliver best in class technology experiences for both internal stakeholders and Thales’ customers Special Position Requirements Work Schedule: 8 hours/day in a USA time zone adjusted for meetings with team in other time-zones Key Areas of Responsibility • Troubleshoot Salesforce issues using a ticketing system. This includes identifying and resolving problems with functionality, permissions, data, integrations and performance • Design, implement, test, troubleshoot, debug and document solutions throughout the development process and across the Salesforce platform including Force.com, CPQ and various managed packages • Collaborate with Sales Operations, Order Management, Marketing, Finance and other teams on projects related to Salesforce • Participate in agile development processes, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, QA, UAT and go-live • Prepare and execute mass data uploads • Ensure creation and updating technical documentation • Stay up to date on new Salesforce features and functionality • This role is primarily based in your local time zone, and you may occasionally need to attend early or late meetings to collaborate effectively with our international team across multiple time zones.
