• Own full-cycle recruiting: intake → sourcing → screens → interview loops → debriefs → references → offers → close • Partner with hiring managers to align on role scope, leveling, scorecards, and interview plans • Build strong pipelines with market mapping and sourcing strategy • Run excellent recruiting ops to keep pipelines moving with speed and precision • Be data-driven: track funnel metrics and identify bottlenecks • Deliver a standout candidate experience with high-touch communication • Close top talent by partnering on offer strategy and compensation alignment • Strengthen the recruiting brand through outreach and follow-ups
Job Requirements
- 3–6 years of recruiting experience
- 2+ years owning full-cycle recruiting end-to-end
- Experience in a high-growth startup or similarly fast-paced environment
- Proven ability to manage multiple reqs while maintaining speed and quality
- Strong outbound sourcing experience
- Demonstrated success closing candidates in competitive markets
- Familiarity with ATS workflows (e.g., Greenhouse/Lever)
