Talent Acquisition Intern
Closing Gap
• Talent Sourcing and Outreach • Source candidates through LinkedIn job portals and referrals • Conduct initial screening calls and candidate outreach • Send emails and coordinate candidate communication • Maintain candidate pipelines trackers and follow up records • Headhunting and Partner Support • Assist in identifying and engaging recruitment partners • Support outreach to staffing agencies or talent vendors • Coordinate introductory calls and follow ups • Maintain partner databases and communication logs • Onboarding and HR Coordination • Support onboarding documentation and basic HR processes • Coordinate interviews schedules and internal calendars • Work closely with the internal HR team • Assist with compliance documentation and process tracking

- Candidates comfortable with calls follow ups coordination and execution
