Senior Solutions Consultant, Payer Operations – Provider RCM

• Sit at the intersection of our Sales & Deployment teams. • Help win deals faster by bringing deep workflow credibility into the sales process. • Partner closely with customers and our deployment team after the sale. • Support discovery, scoping, workflow design, ROI modeling, implementation planning, and agent verification. • Become a trusted advisor to operational stakeholders, especially across provider revenue cycle and adjacent back-office workflows. • Go deep on current-state workflows, edge cases, escalations, handoffs, and exception handling. • Support deployment teams post-sale with workflow design, implementation planning, validation, and customer conversations. • Work alongside Deployment Strategists and Deployment Engineers to ensure requirements are gathered thoughtfully. • Reduce avoidable back-and-forth by bringing domain context into conversations. • Support agent verification by manually reviewing outputs and identifying gaps. • Partner with GTM and Deployment to create a tighter feedback loop. • Codify the playbook for discovery, scoping, workflow validation, ROI framing, and verification.
• Full Sales Cycle: Guide prospects through the entire sales cycle – from prospecting and pitching to developing tailored proposals and closing new accounts. • Drive Sales Growth: Consistently surpass quarterly and annual sales targets, ensuring strong revenue growth. • Build & Maintain Pipeline: Maintain a robust sales pipeline through prospecting, networking, cold outreach and leveraging company marketing initiatives. • Pipeline Forecasting: Deliver accurate forecasts and manage pipeline opportunities with precision in Salesforce. • Build Trust and Expertise: Develop a deep understanding of our solutions and industry trends to serve as a trusted advisor, providing expert automation strategies and fostering long-term client relationships. • Responsive Communication: Ensure all client and partner inquiries are addressed promptly and professionally, maintaining a strong sense of urgency.
• Own end-to-end implementations for a portfolio of customers - from pre-kickoff planning through go-live, early adoption, and scale-up. • Act as engagement manager: build and run project plans, align stakeholders, manage risks and dependencies, and keep workstreams moving across customer, Magical, and third parties. • Translate business goals into a deployment plan, defining use cases, success metrics, milestones, and an execution roadmap alongside our Deployment Engineers. • Run regular customer touchpoints (weekly/bi-weekly standups, stakeholder syncs, exec readouts) to keep projects on track and surface decisions early. • Programmatically run business reviews (QBRs/MBRs) that tell a clear ROI story, highlight operational impact, and create a natural path to expansion. • Become a trusted advisor on workflow redesign and change management, especially in healthcare revenue cycle and operations-heavy environments. • Partner with GTM on expansion: identify new workflows, sites, and departments to automate; shape proposals and rollout plans that make expansion low-friction. • Champion the voice of the customer internally, feeding structured insights back to Product, Engineering, and Sales to influence roadmap and playbooks. • Codify the playbook: help build templates, dashboards, checklists, and best practices that make every future deployment faster and more repeatable.
• Designing and building new landing pages in Framer • Updating existing website pages (design + build) • Creating new CMS-driven pages in Framer • Designing event collateral (booth materials, posters, flyers) • Designing digital ad creative • Creating and evolving deck/presentation templates
• Own full-cycle recruiting: intake → sourcing → screens → interview loops → debriefs → references → offers → close • Partner with hiring managers to align on role scope, leveling, scorecards, and interview plans • Build strong pipelines with market mapping and sourcing strategy • Run excellent recruiting ops to keep pipelines moving with speed and precision • Be data-driven: track funnel metrics and identify bottlenecks • Deliver a standout candidate experience with high-touch communication • Close top talent by partnering on offer strategy and compensation alignment • Strengthen the recruiting brand through outreach and follow-ups
