Workday Adaptive Manager
Huron
• contribute to the delivery of managed services for our Workday Cloud clients • provide support to the managed services team • address client concerns • ensure the delivery of exceptional service quality
Job Requirements
- Minimum 3 years proven prior success in roles directly implementing Workday Adaptive Planning or Legacy Adaptive Insights
- 3-5 years’ experience in analyzing requirements, writing functional specifications, conducting tests, troubleshooting issues and interfacing with business users
- Bachelor’s Degree in a field related to this position or equivalent work experience
- Holds active Workday Certification (Financials or Adaptive preferred)
- May consider candidates with prior experience implementing TM1 Cognos, Anaplan, or Oracle EPM solutions
- Experience supporting medium to large scale Adaptive Planning projects
- Experience with Adaptive in both development and administrative roles
- Should be able to manage clients up to Tier 3 support
- Must have prior PPS/AMS experience
- Experience with automation and integration of Adaptive
- Extensive knowledge of Excel
- Extensive knowledge FP&A processes and activities
- Prior team management experience, experience managing people (mentoring, delegating, reviewing work, and coaching staff)
