The position plays a crucial role in optimizing quoting processes, collaborating with product development teams, and driving continuous improvements in system capabilities. - Assist in developing user-friendly, scalable quoting workflows for Medical Informatics solutions. - Support the lifecycle of Oracle CPQ platform from strategy to optimization. - Develop and implement Guided Selling strategies for efficient quoting. - Gather requirements from cross-functional stakeholders and translate them into actionable items. - Collaborate with various teams to maintain compliance and accuracy. - Create and maintain a CPQ product roadmap supporting quoting and pricing processes. - Help manage the product backlog and prioritize features based on business needs. - Monitor system performance and recommend process improvements. - Document requirements and assist in user training as needed. - Support integration efforts between CPQ and other critical systems. Qualifications - BA/BS/MA degree preferred with 5-7 years of experience in Healthcare / Enterprise Imaging Informatics. - Experience with Oracle CPQ or other CPQ platforms; familiarity with guided selling workflows is a plus. - Strong communication, teamwork, and stakeholder collaboration skills. - Ability to manage requirements in a dynamic environment. - Basic knowledge of CPQ capabilities and willingness to learn. - Experience with cross-functional requirement gathering and process mapping. - Proficient in Microsoft Office tools, especially PowerPoint and Excel. - Good customer orientation with effective problem-solving skills. - Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and projects. - Familiarity with Salesforce and sales enablement tools is a plus.
