Key Responsibilities Talent Acquisition & Onboarding - Coordinate full-cycle recruitment activities including job postings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer processing. - Partner with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and workforce planning strategies. - Manage onboarding process including background checks, employment verification, and new hire orientation. - Ensure compliance with federal contractor hiring regulations. Employee Relations - Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries regarding policies, procedures, and benefits. - Assist in resolving workplace issues with professionalism and confidentiality. - Support performance management processes and documentation. - Promote a positive and inclusive work environment. Compliance & Policy Administration - Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and government contracting requirements. - Maintain accurate employee records in accordance with regulatory standards. - Support audits related to EEO, affirmative action, and federal compliance requirements. - Assist in updating and implementing HR policies and procedures. Benefits & Compensation Support - Administer employee benefits programs and respond to benefits-related inquiries. - Assist with payroll coordination and compensation analysis. - Support annual open enrollment and benefits communications. - Maintain knowledge of industry compensation trends. HR Systems & Reporting - Maintain and update HRIS systems with accurate employee data. - Generate HR reports and metrics for leadership. - Track training, certifications, and compliance requirements. - Support workforce data analysis initiatives. Required Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. - 3–5 years of progressive HR experience. - Experience in government contracting or federal compliance preferred. - Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices. - Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite. - Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. - Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
