• Support HR Operations with administrative and systems-related tasks, including uploading and maintaining employee documentation in Paylocity • Assist with managing and organizing HR resources in SharePoint to ensure information is accurate and easy to access • Help coordinate I-9 documentation and support onboarding and offboarding processes for contractors, gaining hands-on HRIS experience • Contribute to compliance trainings and employee communications to ensure employees stay informed and aligned with company policies • Assist with employee engagement initiatives, including new hire swag, 90-day milestones, and years-of-service recognition programs (e.g., Sendoso). • Participate in culture committee meetings and help support planning and execution of engagement activities. • Partner with Talent Development to support training design efforts, including helping draft, organize, and refine learning content. • Provide input and suggestions on training structure and experience, learning foundational instructional design principles. • Assist in creating learning materials such as one-pagers, guides, and other creative resources using tools like Articulate or similar platforms. • Support training logistics and, where appropriate, gain experience presenting or facilitating portions of training sessions. • Pull and analyze training participation reports (e.g., LinkedIn Learning and internal systems) to track completion metrics and support follow-up efforts.

Job Requirements

  • Current college student (rising junior or senior) pursuing a degree in Business, Human Resources, Organizational Development, or a related field.
  • Seeking practical, hands-on HR experience and excited to learn how People & Culture functions operate in a real-world setting.
  • Interested in HR Operations, Talent Development, or Instructional Design, with curiosity about how systems, processes, and learning programs support employees.
  • Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to manage documentation and maintain accuracy across systems.
  • Comfortable learning new tools and systems (e.g., HRIS platforms, SharePoint, learning management systems, content design tools).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, especially when drafting employee communications or learning materials.
  • Creative and thoughtful, with interest in designing engaging learning experiences or improving existing training content.
