Role Description System Pavers is one of the largest and fastest-growing outdoor remodeling companies in the United States, operating across multiple markets and expanding every year. Our technology organization is the engine behind that growth — and we're building it to win. This role sits at the intersection of customer experience, marketing automation, sales enablement, and emerging AI technology. You'll lead a team of four engineers, work hands-on in the code, and report directly to our Solutions Architect. This is a player-coach role. We want someone who can design and build, not just direct.
