Senior Director – Program Management

• Lead large-scale, complex programs composed of multiple interdependent projects • Define program and/or project vision, objectives, and success metrics • Establish and oversee governance structures • Drive cross-functional alignment and resolve conflicts • Develop integrated multi-phase program/project plans • Ensure consistent application of program and project management standards • Monitor execution across workstreams to ensure alignment with strategic objectives • Prepare and deliver executive-ready status reports • Facilitate executive reviews and planning sessions

Job Requirements

  • 10 - 15+ years of experience in managing multiple project engagements
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, management information systems or business administration
  • PMI Project Management Professional Management certification preferred
  • Proven experience managing high-visibility programs with executive stakeholders
  • Expert knowledge of program management methodologies and governance models
  • Strong financial and analytical acumen
  • Experience in SaaS, enterprise technology, or financial services preferred
