Job Summary This role creates clear, visually engaging information graphics and business documentation that help internal and external audiences understand processes, projects, and key messages. It blends graphic design, business process understanding, and technical writing to support communication, training, analysis, and continuous improvement across the organization. The position partners closely with business units to document processes, capture data for analysis, and produce materials that enhance productivity and operational clarity. Key Responsibilities - Design information graphics and conceptual communications that clearly convey complex ideas. - Produce and maintain business process and project documentation using established standards. - Capture and validate data needed for modeling, simulation, and process analysis. - Provide business and technical writing support across division projects. - Create documentation used by partners such as training, IT, and HR to support end‑user training, requirements, and organizational design. Skills and Background You’ll Need Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Education, Graphic Design, or a related field. Experience: 5 years of experience creating, writing, and interpreting technical documents. - Demonstrated experience with desktop publishing, graphic design, word processing, and spreadsheet applications. - 4 years of experience within an Insurance Services Group or similar operational environment. - Experience supporting business process analysis, modeling, or simulation. - Familiarity with documentation standards and conventions used in process improvement and project environments.
