The Sr. eCommerce Support Specialist supports the end-to-end logistics, procurement, and lifecycle management of devices across U.S. and international markets. This role sits at the center of hardware fulfillment—owning operational execution for device orders, shipment issue resolution, reporting, and catalog management. You’ll work cross-functionally with logistics partners, distributors, internal data teams, and product leadership to ensure seamless hardware operations at scale.
