• Monitoring the accuracy of payment documents and processing payments • Performing management accounting tasks • Providing support in the preparation of financial statements • Preparing management reports • Participating in the automation and optimization of accounting processes
• Editing short-form ad videos (15–60 sec) for paid campaigns on Meta and Instagram — 2–3 videos per day • Editing Reels and Shorts for organic growth: subtitles, storytelling elements, dynamic pacing • Adapting UGC content and influencer videos to platform-specific formats • Filming yourself based on scripts (some tasks require appearing on camera) • Editing student testimonial videos for YouTube (3–7 min) • Updating existing videos (dates, texts, CTAs) for new launches • Using AI tools to speed up video production: auto-subtitles, AI-generated b-roll, upscaling, noise reduction • Building and maintaining templates in CapCut / DaVinci Resolve / Adobe Premiere Pro for scalable production • Experimenting with AI video tools (Runway, Pika, HeyGen) for testing creatives • Suggesting and implementing workflows to reduce manual repetitive work • Automating updates in ad creatives (texts, dates, CTAs) without re-editing videos from scratch • Working with tools like ElevenLabs for voice-related tasks
• Teaching the course “Implementing AI in Business Processes” in Russian language • Maintain the program’s relevance in line with current AI trends and advancements, in collaboration with the academic team
• Unterricht von Studierenden in den Grundlagen und der Logik des E-Commerce-Geschäfts, Produktmanagement, Prozesssteuerung und Verkaufsanalyse auf Online-Marktplätzen • Entwicklung und Durchführung praxisorientierter Online-Unterrichtseinheiten unter Verwendung aktueller Tools und Fallbeispiele • Vermittlung zentraler Geschäftsprozesse: Produktkatalogmanagement, Preisgestaltung, Einkauf, Logistik und CRM-Integrationen • Leitung des Moduls „Vertrieb und Kundenservice (Teil 1)“: Erklärung des Sales Funnels, der wichtigsten Kennzahlen (AOV, Conversion Rate, LTV, ROI) sowie des Zusammenspiels von Marketing und Vertrieb • Unterstützung der Teilnehmenden beim Erwerb praktischer Fähigkeiten und beim Verständnis von E-Commerce-Tools.
• Respond to all incoming inquiries within 5–7 minutes. • Promptly follow up on missed calls in accordance with our contact protocol. • Collect initial information from clients, strictly following the script. • Communicate with clients in writing (WhatsApp / Email). • Accurately log deals in the CRM and manage the sales pipeline efficiently. • Make outbound calls for various purposes: inviting people to webinars, informing them about promotions, conducting customer-development interviews, etc.
• Deliver the module "Accounting Software (Lexware)" as part of our course • Teach in German; our participants have a language level of B1–B2 • Classes take place from 17:00 to 20:15 • Provide practical introduction for participants to using accounting/payroll software (Lexware) • Support the instructor team in updating and aligning teaching materials with course objectives • Help participants understand course content, including in the online learning environment • Collaborate with coordinators, mentors, and other instructors
• Teach students the fundamentals and business logic of e-commerce, product management, process control, and sales analysis on online marketplaces • Develop and deliver practice-oriented online lessons using current tools and case studies • Teach core business processes: product catalog management, pricing, procurement, logistics, and CRM integrations • Lead the module "Sales and Customer Service (Part 1)": explain the sales funnel, key metrics (AOV, conversion rate, LTV, ROI), and the interaction between marketing and sales • Support participants in acquiring practical skills and understanding e-commerce tools.
• Durchführung des Moduls "Bucchaltungssoftware Lexware" im Rahmen unseres Kurses • Unterrichten auf Deutsch, unsere Teilnehmer verfügen über ein Sprachniveau B1-B2 • Die Unterrichtseinheiten finden von 17:00 bis 20:15 Uhr statt • Praktische Einführung der Teilnehmenden in die Nutzung von Abrechnungssoftware (Lexware) • Unterstützung des Dozententeams bei der Aktualisierung und Abstimmung der Unterrichtsmaterialien mit den Kurszielen • Unterstützung der Teilnehmenden beim Verständnis der Inhalte, auch im Online-Lernumfeld • Zusammenarbeit mit Koordinatoren, Mentoren und anderen Dozenten
