Sr. eCommerce Support Specialist
GrowthAssistant
The Sr. eCommerce Support Specialist supports the end-to-end logistics, procurement, and lifecycle management of devices across U.S. and international markets. This role sits at the center of hardware fulfillment—owning operational execution for device orders, shipment issue resolution, reporting, and catalog management. You’ll work cross-functionally with logistics partners, distributors, internal data teams, and product leadership to ensure seamless hardware operations at scale. This is a hands-on, systems-driven role that requires strong ownership, attention to detail, and comfort navigating real-world operational challenges. What You’ll Do PRIMARY FOCUS 1) Device Logistics & Order Support - Provide day-to-day operational support for U.S. and international hardware orders (MacBooks, Lenovo devices, monitors, accessories, etc.) - Coordinate with logistics partners (primarily UPS) to resolve time-sensitive shipment issues (reroutes, replacements, lost packages) - Manage device storage, redeployment, and lifecycle tracking, including onboarding and offboarding workflows - Support international hardware procurement across 130+ countries, including distributor coordination and inventory validation - Troubleshoot fulfillment issues independently, escalating only when necessary - Create and update process documentation as workflows evolve 2) Reporting & Operational Monitoring - Compile and submit templated manufacturer reports (Excel-based submissions via partner portals) - Monitor dashboards in Looker (BI tool) and validate data accuracy - Coordinate with internal data teams on dashboard refinements and reporting updates - Share operational summaries with internal stakeholders for visibility into hardware performance SECONDARY TASKS AN/D/OR GROW-INTO MOTIONS 1) Vendor & Distributor Operations - Source inventory through approved distributors; validate pricing, availability, and compatibility - Maintain operational coordination with vendors and manufacturer partners - Support weekly and recurring manufacturer reporting (e.g., Apple sales reports with strict deadlines) - Ensure accurate transaction records and maintain visibility across systems (including Stripe where applicable) 2) Catalog Management & Product Data - Maintain and update curated hardware catalog (pricing, availability, specs, descriptions, images) - Enrich product data to support role-based hardware recommendations - Monitor inventory accuracy and flag discrepancies - Support merchandising and organization within the internal eCommerce platform - Assist with new product additions and catalog expansion 3) Cross-Functional Coordination - Partner closely with Hardware GM and product support teams - Coordinate with broader support teams to resolve hardware-related issues holistically - Communicate proactively via Slack and Google Workspace What We’re Looking For - 3+ years of experience in eCommerce, hardware operations, logistics coordination, or technical product operations - Experience working within an eCommerce platform - Proven experience coordinating order fulfillment and resolving shipping/logistics issues - Strong professional communication skills, especially during escalations or time-sensitive situations - Strong proficiency in Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Gmail) - Experience working in Excel (templated reporting, data validation) - Comfort navigating vendor portals, distributor systems, and operational tools - High attention to detail and ability to manage time-sensitive workflows - Ability to work independently and make operational decisions without constant oversight - Strong written communication skills in Slack-heavy environments Nice-to-Have - Experience in a B2B, SaaS, or IT services environment - Experience with BI tools (Looker, Tableau, Power BI) - Exposure to Stripe or payment transaction platforms - Experience with hardware procurement or IT equipment lifecycle management - Familiarity with data enrichment or catalog merchandising best practices Durable Skills - Independent problem-solving in ambiguous, real-world operational scenarios - Ownership mentality over logistics workflows and device lifecycle - Calm under pressure during time-sensitive situations - Strong pattern recognition and process improvement instinct - Ability to navigate multiple systems simultaneously - Cross-functional communication and stakeholder alignment - Process-oriented mindset with a bias toward documentation Why You’ll Love Working Here At GrowthAssistant, you’ll collaborate with a diverse, talented team, sharpen your skills with global clients, and make an impact in your career.
