This position is responsible for all inbound inquiries through the implementation call center. This will include clients who have Digital Implementation packages but may also include general questions from clients who have a higher-level implementation package needing immediate assistance. This is a remote role. Primary Responsibilities - Answers queue calls, live chats, inbound department emails - Completes assigned data entry projects with Meevo UI and/or data conversion templates - Covers scheduled milestone calls as required - Covers Scheduled Meevo trainings/webinars as required Secondary Responsibilities - Performs general follow up calls for Implementation Specialists as needed - Responsible for merchant activations - Completing assigned onboarding tickets - Meevo addon / business booster setups - Conducts Meevo trainings as needed to assist client learning - Completes a variety of other “gap” projects as assigned by Implementation Management - Exports data as assigned by Data Services Requirements - AA/AS degree preferred - 1+ years of SaaS Point of Sale support or Implementation experience - Completion of Meevo onboarding and certification courses - Matching PI profile We offer: Paid Time Off (PTO) and Holidays Enjoy a generous 3 weeks of Paid Time Off (PTO) that begins accruing with every pay period from your very first day!
