Implementation Manager Full time Employee - Remote Travel - 50-60% across North America Position Summary DIS, a division of Constellation Software, is seeking an Implementation Manager. The role will report to the Director of Business Operations. The Implementation Manager is responsible for all aspects of new implementation projects. They are expected to provide system setup services, end-user training, and executive-level project communication while managing the scope of the project and changes to the project deliverables. Job Description Responsibilities: - Manage multiple software implementation projects simultaneously - Manage the project team including coordinating and allocating resources as needed to ensure a successful implementation - Creating, maintaining and distributing project documents including the project plan, schedules and deliverables - Strong ability to manage tasks, with excellent organizational skills - Provide feedback to the Director of Business Operations and other leaders to improve the overall implementation experience and keep them informed of critical issues as they arise - Develop and document procedures resulting in repeatable project management processes which improve the success of the overall implementation experience - Communicate directly to the client to set expectations, review project timeline and project milestones - Resolve project issues and/or delays to reduce the impact of the client and ensure timely implementations - Negotiate modifications and/or trade-offs to project scope or delivery dates with the client based on project deliverables, contingencies and predefinied acceptance criteria - Explain the implications of changes to project scope and/or objectives to client and management to ensure changes are understood and approved - Conduct end-user training on software features, functionality, work flow, best practices and optimization Competencies - Strong critical thinking to drive sound decision making - Highly effective communication and problem solving skills with customers, co-workers and managers - Work effectively as a team contributor on all assignments - Work independently, while still communicating and coordinating with the customer and other team members within the organization - Ability to carry out multiple tasks within a defined timeline - Diligent, dependable and prompt - Excellent organizational, time management and customer service skills - Strong written and verbal communication skills - This role requires up to 50-60% travel in the US and Canada Qualifications - 10+ Years in-depth experience in the Dealer Software Industry or Dealership Operations, or similar applicable experience - Project Management skills to coordinate implementation and follow through to completion - Proficiency/Aptitude in software and operating system troubleshooting techniques and methodologies - Strong technical aptitude: Analytical and critical thinking and decision making skills - Degree in Accounting, Business Management, or applicable experience preferred - Focus on customer service FLSA Designation (US Only): Exempt Salary Range: The estimated base salary range for this role is USD$67,500.00 - USD$82,500.00 per year. We include salary ranges in job postings only where required by applicable pay transparency laws, based on the jurisdictions in which the role may be performed. The posted range is a good faith estimate and reflects factors that are subject to change. Final offer amounts may vary based on job-related factors, including work location, candidate experience and expertise, and other relevant considerations. Other Compensation (US Only): This role will also be eligible for participation in a Company profit sharing bonus plan. Plan details will be provided to you upon hire.
