Role Description Capstone Integrated Solutions is seeking a Scrum Master to lead and facilitate Agile practices for our cloud-native application development project. Qualifications - 3–5 years of experience as a Scrum Master or Agile facilitator in software development projects. - Solid understanding of Agile and Scrum frameworks, including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and retrospectives. - Experience working with cross-functional development teams (frontend, backend, QA). - Strong communication, facilitation, and conflict resolution skills. - Familiarity with cloud-based application development, preferably in AWS, Angular, and Python environments. - Experience with Agile project management tool Azure Boards. - Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM) or other Agile certifications. - Experience scaling Agile in multiple pods or distributed teams. - Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines. - Ability to facilitate technical discussions without taking on the role of technical lead.
