Role Description How you’ll make an impact in this role: - Serve as Scrum Master for one cross-functional development team building cloud-native, microservice-based solutions in a GCP environment, ensuring predictable sprint execution and delivery commitments. - Support cross-team coordination within the SAFe framework, identifying and surfacing technical dependencies, risks, and blockers to appropriate stakeholders for resolution. - Own team-level delivery metrics and reporting, including velocity, burndown, defect trends, and release readiness, driving continuous improvement within the team. - Proactively remove team impediments, escalating systemic or enterprise-level risks to senior leaders while maintaining focus on team execution. - Support enterprise release and production readiness processes, coordinating change management documentation and assisting during production incidents as needed. Qualifications - High school diploma/GED with 2 years of experience, or Associate's degree, or Bachelor's degree required. - 1 year of experience required. - 4 years of experience preferred. - 2 years of leadership or management experience preferred. Requirements - Working technical fluency in cloud-native systems (GCP preferred), microservices, APIs, and software development lifecycle practices — able to engage in technical conversations but not expected to architect solutions. - Strong ownership and execution mindset, demonstrating accountability for team-level outcomes and the ability to operate independently within defined scope. - Clear communicator and collaborator, able to influence within the team and effectively escalate cross-functional risks to senior leaders when needed. Job Requirements
