• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies (Daily Standups, Sprint Planning, Reviews, Retrospectives) for multiple SCRI IT application teams. • Support and enhance reporting processes across the SCRI IT application portfolio, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of metrics, dashboards, and status updates for leadership and stakeholders • Manage and optimize backlog for non-project related work, including triage, prioritization, assignment, and follow-up to ensure operational requests are addressed efficiently. • Identify and remove impediments to team progress, escalating issues as needed to IT leadership. • Collaborate with Product Owners, Delivery Leads, and other SCRI IT stakeholders to ensure alignment, transparency, and effective communication • Maintain and improve JIRA workflows, boards, and reporting dashboards to support both project and non-project work, ensuring compliance with SCRI IT standards. • Coach SCRI IT teams and stakeholders on Agile principles, portfolio practices, and continuous improvement, adapting approaches to fit the unique needs of research and clinical technology environments.
