Job DescriptionThe purpose of this role is to deliver Network Planning and Optimization services covering. Responsible for planning and post processing using advanced tools across all technologies. The Network Engineer will: - Develop, design, evaluate, and/or modify systems consistent with customer and regulatory requirements. Develops system architecture, and ensures the integrity of the architecture/design. - Plans and performs planning and post processing activities to service internal and external customer independently directly or through customer interface during Pre-Sales and Post Sales Phases. Main Responsibility Area (Pre-Sales): - Coordinate with the pre-sale team for all activities related to RFI, RFP and RFQ process - Create design of projects (designing including coverage, system, frequency, site placement and antenna designing) - Conduct Frequency planning, frequency reusing, link budget analysis and traffic analysis for systems. - FDD and BOQ creation. Post Sales (Projects): - Creation of final design documentation - Post sale site analysis which includes site analysis, coverage analysis, system analysis and frequency analysis. - Frequency reuse as well as intermod and interference analysis - Response to the comments sent by customer directly via questions related to part of the project or complete project. - Post sale Coverage designing for systems. - Field survey when required to assist field engineers in case there is some problem in the working of the radio system. - Plans and executes technical tasks according to given tasks, along with existing processes and instructions. - Works with the responsibility of responding to customer problems directly or through internal customer interface. - Solving technical problems related to design. Preferred Qualifications: - Fluent and experienced with AI-enhanced productivity tools Target Base Salary Range: $110,000-$115,000 Consistent with Motorola Solutions values and applicable law, we provide the following information to promote pay transparency and equity.
