Role Description We are seeking a Microsoft 365 Records & Automation Engineer to support enterprise records management and automation initiatives within a federal environment. Qualifications - 3–6 years of experience working with Microsoft 365 technologies. - Experience with Microsoft Purview compliance portal, including retention labels and records management. - Familiarity with machine learning–based classification concepts (e.g., trainable classifiers, content models, confidence scoring). - Strong scripting skills in: - Python (data manipulation, CSV/JSON handling, reporting automation). - PowerShell (Microsoft 365 administration and automation). - Experience with Microsoft Power Automate for workflow automation. - Experience configuring SharePoint Online (libraries, metadata, permissions, modern pages). - Understanding of data governance and records management principles. - Experience working with APIs, JSON, and data transformation. - Willingness to undergo Top-Secret Clearance investigation.
