Role Description The Enterprise Network Engineer is a key member of the Enterprise Network Team, responsible for the day-to-day operations of PCC’s global network infrastructure. Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related technical field — or commensurate with a combination of education and experience. - 5+ years of experience supporting LAN/WAN solutions in an enterprise environment. - Expert level configuration and operational knowledge of HPE/Juniper, and Cisco switching, routing, wireless, and firewall platforms. - Hands on experience with network monitoring/management tools (MIST, Extreme CloudIQ, Hamina, SolarWinds, ServiceNow). - Ability to deploy and integrate complete site networking solutions. - Familiarity with networking and cloud automation tools. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, especially during high impact incidents. - Excellent time management and documentation skills. - Experience tuning and optimizing network performance. - Vendor certifications (HPE/Juniper, Cisco, etc.) are a plus.
