As a Project Associate, you will have the opportunity to gain the necessary experience and opportunities to grow your career in Clinical Research! You will assist project managers in day-to-day operations of either federally-funded or commercial studies.  Please note that this is an entry-level position and it is not a laboratory research position. The position will offer the opportunity to participate in all aspects of clinical research support, including document preparation, maintenance, and filing; meeting coordination and support; and data management activities including data entry and review.  More specifically, the position may also include the following responsibilities: - Writing external correspondence, such as emails, memos, minutes and reports - Formatting documents and creating document templates - Creating and formatting Case Report Forms, manual of operations documents, and other study-related documentation - Maintaining project website - Communicating with internal and external project staff

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a scientific field or a related area of study with research emphasis; past experience working with data or on research studies is a plus!

OVERVIEW PRISM Vision Group is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Senior Project Coordinator to support Chief Medical Officer (CMO) and advance physician-led initiatives across the organization. This role is instrumental in helping plan and execute key physician workstreams, from leadership meetings to physician retreats. The ideal candidate is a proactive self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment, communicates effectively with physicians and executive stakeholders, and brings structure and follow-through to physician-focused initiatives.
