Senior Legal Technology Analyst
Cohesity
• Build and maintain legal intake, ticketing, and request workflows to ensure efficient, consistent, and user-friendly request handling • Configure routing logic, request categories, prioritization rules, and SLAs to support timely and accurate processing of legal requests • Analyze intake volumes, response times, resolution metrics, and workload distribution to identify operational improvements • Implement workflow enhancements in partnership with Legal Operations leadership to implement workflow enhancements that improve turnaround time and consistency • Maintain clear, current user-facing documentation, knowledge articles, and self-service resources • Support the implementation, configuration, testing, launch, and ongoing optimization of legal technology platforms (e.g., Legal Front Door, CLM, Compliance tools) • Translate business and operational requirements into functional specifications and partner with IT on solution delivery • Support system enhancements, integrations, data quality improvements, and adoption initiatives • Document current-state systems and workflows to support continuous improvement and future planning • Produce standardized dashboards and recurring reports providing visibility into intake volumes, cycle times, SLA adherence, workload distribution, and system utilization • Conduct routine analysis of intake, ticketing and workflow data to support operational reviews and decision-making • Ensure data accuracy and consistency across intake, workflow tracking, and reporting systems • Translate data into clear, practical insights for Legal Operations leadership and attorneys • Support rollout of new workflows and system changes through documentation, training materials, and user support • Work closely with attorneys and Legal Operations leadership to address operational questions and issues
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience
- 4–7 years of experience in legal operations, legal technology, analytics, consulting, or a related role
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to interpret and present data clearly
- Experience building dashboards and reports using tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms
- Hands-on experience working with legal technology platforms (e.g., intake/ticketing systems, CLM, Navex)
- Ability to design and improve workflows and translate business needs into practical system solutions
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Provide administrative support to the Council’s Legal Resources team including scheduling calls with Council members and legal counsel, supporting team meetings, and participating in cross-organizational meetings. - Support the development and logistics of virtual peer spaces led by the Legal Resources team, including drafting email invitations, event registration set up, and Salesforce data hygiene. - Manage shared email inbox to ensure emails are assigned to the appropriate staff counsel and that Council members receive a timely response. - Maintain centralized folder of legal resources currently housed on the website and arrange resources topically. - Enter members’ inquiries in Salesforce via SharePoint Connect and verify that inquiries are resolved via call, letter, or email are addressed. - Manage and request, or perform, updates to the webpages for Legal Resources. - Provide calendar and administrative support for upcoming speaking engagements, webinars, and conference sessions, including logistics, meeting materials, facilitating collaboration with guest speakers, and following through on all details. - Contribute to overarching organization goals by participating in cross-functional working groups.

• Responsible for managing the company’s legal hold process ensuring that relevant documents and data are preserved when litigation, investigations or disputes arise • Issue and track legal hold notices to employees when litigation, investigations, or disputes require preserving documents and data • Communicate with custodians (employees whose data is on hold) to ensure they understand their preservation obligations • Monitor compliance with legal holds and follow up with employees who haven’t acknowledged or may not be following hold requirements • Oversee and execute discovery/disclosure readiness (i.e., custodial interviews, collections and evidence management) • Coordinate global collection of assets and data for employees exiting the company while on legal hold • Monitor data preservation systems to ensure they are functioning properly, and data integrity is maintained • Coordinate the secure deletion or archiving of data that has reached the end of its retention period • Maintain comprehensive documentation of what data is preserved, where it is stored, and why it is being retained • Conduct regular audits to verify compliance with legal hold and identify gaps in preservation practices • Serve as the liaison between legal, IT, vendors and business units on data preservation matters • Help improve and document legal hold procedures and best practices
