What the Role Offers - Coordinate the successful delivery of cloud, CAD, and PLM professional services, ensuring projects are scheduled, staffed, and executed efficiently to meet client expectations. - Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, maintaining strong relationships through proactive communication, scheduling, contract reconciliation, contact management, and responsive client support. - Partner with clients and technical consultants to facilitate project engagements, support service adoption, and drive successful outcomes throughout the customer lifecycle. - Contribute to pre-sales activities by participating in customer discussions, gathering requirements, conducting research, and assisting with solution recommendations that align with client needs. - Support Help Desk operations by evaluating, prioritizing, and coordinating customer requests while ensuring inquiries are tracked and resolved through completion. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Sales, Professional Services, and Technical Support to deliver an exceptional client experience and ensure operational effectiveness. - Identify opportunities for process improvement, support team development initiatives, and contribute to the optimization of service delivery practices and internal workflows. - Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends while supporting technical leadership in improving resource utilization and overall service performance. Qualifications - Associate degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant professional experience. - 5+ years of experience supporting CAD, PLM, cloud, or engineering software solutions, preferably within an automotive or manufacturing environment. - Proven ability to coordinate professional services engagements, including project scheduling, resource planning, client communications, contract reconciliation, and service delivery support. - Experience serving as a primary client contact, providing exceptional customer service, managing stakeholder relationships, and ensuring successful project execution. - Ability to support pre-sales activities through client interviews, requirements gathering, research, and solution recommendation activities. - Experience coordinating technical support or help desk activities, including prioritizing requests, assigning work, tracking progress, and ensuring timely issue resolution. - Strong organizational, problem-solving, and multitasking skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities in a fast-paced environment. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills, proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, and Visio), and a commitment to continuous improvement and ongoing technology learning.
