• A large portion of our partner customers still run SAP Business One on Microsoft SQL Server and on-premises • Therefore, at Cloudiax you will initially start by migrating our own Business One landscape to SAP HANA • Together with our team you will lay the foundation for our future platform and gain valuable experience for later customer projects • Afterwards you will support partners and end customers in the secure migration of their Business One systems to the Cloudiax Cloud • You will develop clear migration strategies, remove customers' uncertainty, and assess existing customizations, add-ons, and processes • At the same time you will actively shape the future Business One architecture – towards Version 11, Web Client-first, HANA, Linux/Kubernetes, and AI-powered process automation via AXeLANT

• You are the primary point of contact for our partners and customers and ensure the stable operation of their systems. • You handle incoming support requests by phone and in writing, documenting and processing them via our ticketing system. • You are responsible for provisioning, administration and the ongoing operation of customer systems. • You reliably work in a 3-shift schedule (early, late and night shifts). • You are eager to learn, continuously develop your skills and contribute new ideas for process optimization. • You organise yourself confidently in a remote environment and work efficiently and independently.

• You ensure that our knowledge, processes and systems are clearly documented. • You work closely with our teams to structure, optimize and keep all content continuously up to date. • Your contributions ensure that Cloudiax operates efficiently, transparently and in compliance with our internal control system (ICS) and ISO standards. • Build and maintain a centralized documentation structure in Confluence and Jira. • Continuously collaborate with all teams to systematically capture current information. • Develop, standardize and optimize processes. • Support the introduction of new documentation and project management standards. • Ensure the annual audit of our internal control system by our auditor according to PS-951 Type 2 and/or ISAE 3402. • Prepare our documentation for future certifications such as ISO 9001 and ISO 27001, as well as requirements arising from NIS2.

• You ensure the stable operation of our platform and make sure Kubernetes clusters, databases, and automation processes run reliably. • You act as the operational foundation for development and work closely with the team to ensure deployments are efficient, reproducible, and secure. • Operate and monitor our Kubernetes clusters in on-premise data centers • Support deployments, root cause analysis, and performance optimizations • Implement and operate automated deployments and GitOps processes • Automate recurring tasks using Terraform, Ansible, or similar tools • Operate and perform basic tuning of PostgreSQL databases • Contribute to monitoring, logging, and observability (Prometheus, Grafana) • Support capacity and resource management • Act as the interface to development: gather requirements and provide feedback on deployments and processes • Bring an interest in AI topics and explore opportunities for automation or orchestration

• You act as the interface between development and cloud administration • Your responsibility is to design our Kubernetes platform and deployment processes so developers can work efficiently, reproducibly, and with standardized workflows • You work closely with development, infrastructure, and security teams to provide a reliable platform • Enhance and operate our Kubernetes platform in on‑premise data centers, ensuring stability, scalability, and performance • Build and optimize self‑service processes that enable developers to perform efficient, standardized deployments • Optimize resource usage (CPU, RAM, storage, GPU) and develop fair workload strategies • Operate and evolve our PostgreSQL platform, including high availability, backup/recovery, and performance tuning • Automate infrastructure and deployment tasks using Terraform, Ansible, or similar tools • Build and run modern CI/CD and GitOps processes (e.g., Argo CD, Flux) • Define platform standards, templates, and best practices to ensure a consistent developer experience • Integrate and operate authentication and authorization systems (Keycloak) as well as API gateways (Kong) • Ensure multi‑tenancy, isolation, and compliance with security requirements • Implement and operate monitoring, logging, and tracing solutions (Prometheus, Grafana, OpenTelemetry) • Develop intelligent scaling mechanisms (e.g., HPA, custom metrics) beyond classical CPU/RAM metrics • Support development teams in using the platform and continuously improve the developer experience • Serve as the interface between development and cloud administration: gather requirements, improve workflows, and provide feedback • Bring your interest in AI topics and explore automation and orchestration opportunities

• Establishment, further development, and structured preparation of our organization for an ISMS according to ISO/IEC 27001, as well as preparation for ISO 9001 certifications • Analysis, assessment, and implementation of regulatory requirements, particularly stemming from the NIS-2 Directive • Alignment with and, where applicable, implementation of measures according to BSI IT-Grundschutz • Establishment, further development, and assurance of the annual audit of our Internal Control System (IKS) by our external auditor in accordance with PS 951 Type 2 / ISAE 3402 • Maintenance and structuring of all compliance and security documentation in Confluence and Jira, including building traceable, audit-ready structures and workflows • Ongoing collaboration and advisory support with all teams to systematically capture and keep security- and compliance-related information up to date • Development, standardization, and optimization of processes in information security, compliance, and internal controls • Preparation, accompaniment, and support for internal and external audits, including risk analyses and tracking of remediation measures
