Proposal Team Manager

• Oversee the end-to-end proposal process, from initial request to final submission. • Supervise and mentor a team of proposal writers, coordinators, and subject matter experts. • Develop proposal strategies that effectively address client needs and highlight our company's value proposition. • Review and edit proposal content for clarity, consistency, and compliance. • Collaborate with sales, marketing, finance, legal, and technical teams. • Implement best practices for proposal development process. • Ensure all proposals are completed and submitted on time.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 10 years in proposal management and/or 5 years in a leadership role.
  • Experience in EAP is preferred.
  • Strong project management and organizational abilities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, Microsoft Office Suite and proposal management software.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple proposals simultaneously.
  • Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
