Role Description The Associate Renewals Manager works directly with existing Workiva customers while building a book of business. The Associate Renewals Manager will focus on renewing subscriptions and services on-time while providing the highest level of customer service throughout the entire quote-to-cash cycle. You will bring effective time management skills to the role, and a growth attitude as you obtain mastery of coordinating, defining, and executing renewal strategies and messaging.
