• Lead and manage multiple product development Agile teams, including developers, technical leads, quality assurance professionals, and product partners. • Drive efficient execution of product development initiatives, with a strong focus on quality, security, and product resilience to meet organizational objectives. • Lead platform upgrades and migrations, application re architecture, and modernization efforts in alignment with industry best practices. • Foster seamless collaboration with Tier 3 and Tier 4 support teams, providing assistance with complex inquiries and ensuring smooth cross department communication. • Provide personnel leadership by cultivating team engagement, conducting performance evaluations, and supporting year end review processes. • Identify and mitigate risks related to product development and support functions through proactive planning and execution. • Promote a culture of continuous improvement and innovation by encouraging experimentation, learning, and technical growth. • Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels to ensure alignment on goals, priorities, and delivery expectations.

• Program Management: Lead end-to-end program execution for product development, from concept to delivery, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and customer needs. • Product Development Leadership: Collaborate with engineering, product management, and business teams to prioritize features, manage timelines, and optimize the product development lifecycle. • SaaS Environment Expertise: Oversee the design and delivery of scalable, secure, and compliant SaaS solutions, ensuring adherence to industry best practices. • Life Sciences Alignment: Leverage domain expertise to align product and program strategies with regulatory requirements, market needs, and customer expectations within the life sciences industry. • Stakeholder Engagement: Work closely with senior leadership, customers, and cross-functional teams to drive alignment, manage expectations, and report on program progress. • Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate risks to ensure timely delivery of high-quality solutions. • Change Management: Lead organizational change initiatives to facilitate smooth adoption of new processes, tools, and technologies across teams. • Governance & Reporting: Establish governance frameworks and utilize metrics/KPIs to track progress, identify risks, and communicate program health effectively.

• Develop interactive and visually appealing reports and dashboards using Power BI to effectively visualize complex data sets. • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and understand their data visualization needs. • Design and implement data models and transformations to support robust reporting requirements. • Utilize advanced features of Power BI to create dynamic and interactive visualizations. • Optimize report performance and data refresh processes to ensure efficient delivery of insights. • Provide expertise and guidance on best practices for data visualization and report design. • Work closely with data engineers and analysts to ensure data integrity and accuracy. • Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in data visualization tools and techniques.

• Develop and maintain automated test scripts using Playwright and .NET • Design and implement robust test automation frameworks • Collaborate with developers, product managers, and QA teams to define test strategies • Perform functional, regression, and performance testing to identify defects • Integrate test automation into CI/CD pipelines • Troubleshoot issues, analyze root causes, and suggest improvements • Ensure best practices in automation testing and maintain test documentation • Stay up-to-date with emerging testing tools, frameworks, and methodologies

• Design and architect React-based frontends and supporting microservices • Collaborate with product and business teams to iterate quickly on UI features and functionality • Continuously explore new technologies to enhance our front-end stack and cloud-based deployments • Champion user experience, code quality, and front-end performance • Participate in code reviews and mentor junior developers • Contribute to product strategy through design input, roadmap discussions, and technical innovation • Propose modern solutions to complex business problems using the latest in React and .NET technologies
