Senior Product Manager - Life Sciences Technology

• Own the full product lifecycle—from early concept and discovery through launch, adoption, and ongoing optimization. • Translate customer needs, market trends, and business objectives into clear product requirements and prioritized roadmaps. • Conduct competitive and industry research to identify opportunities, emerging technologies, and potential risks within the life sciences ecosystem. • Partner closely with engineering, design, commercial teams, and customer-facing groups to ensure alignment and smooth execution. • Maintain and communicate product roadmaps, ensuring transparency and shared understanding across the organization. • Track product performance using defined metrics and adjust strategy as needed to meet business and user goals. • Build strong relationships with clients, industry advisors, and subject matter experts to gather insights and validate product direction. • Support go to market planning, including messaging, positioning, and launch readiness activities. • Ensure product features and workflows adhere to relevant clinical research standards, including RBQM and oversight expectations. • Champion a collaborative, innovative culture across cross-functional teams. • Take on additional responsibilities as business needs evolve.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Healthcare, Technology, or a related discipline. Equivalent experience may be considered.
  • Deep understanding of the clinical research landscape, including RBQM principles, regulatory expectations, and operational workflows.
  • Strong command of product management frameworks, tools, and best practices.
  • Demonstrated analytical thinking, strategic planning, and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with diverse teams (advanced/fluent English communication skills).
  • Proven leadership qualities that inspire confidence, accountability, and creativity.
  • 7+ years of product management experience within life sciences, clinical technology, or software development (management experience within life sciences, clinical technology is required).
  • Experience maintaining and communicating product roadmaps.
  • Hands-on experience launching and managing software products, ideally involving RBQM, centralized monitoring, or oversight solutions.
  • Demonstrated success managing products across their full lifecycle.
