Video Editor – Marketing, Demand Gen
Weave
• Edit high volumes of short-form video content for paid and organic social channels • Turn long-form content (e.g., podcasts, webinars) into engaging short clips • Adapt and version video assets for multiple formats and platforms (Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, LinkedIn, etc.) • Execute against templates, brand guidelines, and creative direction provided by the internal team • Add captions, motion graphics, music, and basic effects to enhance engagement • Support campaigns, product marketing, and promotions with fast-turn video assets • Manage quick turnarounds, including same-day or overnight requests when needed • Maintain strong organization of files, assets, and versions
Job Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in video editing or motion design
- Proficiency in tools like Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, or similar
- Experience editing for social media and performance marketing channels
- Strong understanding of pacing, storytelling, and attention-grabbing hooks
- Ability to work quickly without sacrificing quality
- High attention to detail, especially with timing, audio, and captions
- Comfort working from templates and producing high volumes of variations
- Familiarity with AI video tools (or willingness to learn)

• Develop and manage Chamber of Progress’ video content strategy across policy, communications, and advocacy campaigns • Produce, edit, and package short-form videos for social media, digital advocacy, press engagement, and organizational storytelling • Turn policy ideas, campaign messages, research findings, and earned media moments into clear and compelling video content • Work with communications, campaigns, policy, and government relations staff to identify video opportunities tied to legislative, regulatory, and news moments • Create video products for multiple formats and platforms, including vertical social clips, explainers, event recaps, interview clips, rapid-response videos, and partner-facing updates • Coordinate graphics, captions, thumbnails, b-roll, stock footage, music, and other production elements • Maintain a consistent visual and editorial style for Chamber of Progress video content • Track performance of video content and recommend ways to improve reach, engagement, and impact • Coordinate with outside vendors or freelancers as needed for specialized production, animation, filming, or paid media projects • Work closely with Senior Creative Director and Senior Director of Communications
• Conceptualize, produce, and edit high quality video content for social media platforms, websites, and live events • Travel to AnnieMac Momentum Group branches for onsite video shoots • Collaborate with marketing and creative teams • Operate video production equipment and edit video content
