Job Requirements

  • 5+ years of related product analytics experience (preferably in the B2B SaaS space)
  • Strong, independent SQL skills
  • Experience building clear dashboards using data visualization tools (such as Sigma, Tableau, or Power BI)
  • Proven ability to manage daily tasks with minimal oversight
  • Experience building positive relationships within a team and department
  • Ability to clearly and openly communicate data findings in writing and speech

Role Description Assured Insurance Technologies is seeking a Product SME to lead a comprehensive evaluation of the end-to-end auto claims process. This role will focus on understanding how claims move from First Notice of Loss (FNOL) through resolution, how decisions are made and documented, how data flows across systems, and where operational and product improvements can meaningfully impact cycle time, accuracy, customer experience, and financial performance.
