Production Designer

Weave

• Take approved, on-brand templates and produce high volumes of design variations across multiple channels • Adapt creative for demand generation campaigns and our partner program, including digital ads, landing page visuals, email graphics, and paid and organic social assets • Create and update slide presentations, sales decks, and internal materials • Support monthly promotions, events, and trade shows with consistent, high-quality assets • Resize, localize, and version designs for different platforms and formats • Maintain strict adherence to brand guidelines, typography, and visual systems • Collaborate with designers and marketers to ensure accuracy, alignment, and timely delivery • Use tools and workflows (including AI-assisted tools where appropriate) to increase speed and efficiency without sacrificing quality

Job Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience in graphic design, production design, or a similar role
  • Strong proficiency in Figma (required) and familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite
  • A solid understanding of layout, typography, color, and visual hierarchy
  • Experience with production design work—especially resizing, versioning, and asset adaptation
  • High attention to detail and a commitment to pixel-perfect execution
  • Ability to manage high volumes of work and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Familiarity with AI design tools (or a willingness to learn and adopt them)
  • Strong organizational skills and file management discipline
