Role Description We are hiring a Head of Content and Audience Growth to turn Wall Street Quants into the most trusted and visible brand in quant careers. This is not a basic content manager role. You will own the strategy behind our organic content machine across various platforms. - Content strategy across YouTube, short-form, LinkedIn, newsletter, and community - Audience research and market intelligence - Content ideas, hooks, titles, thumbnails, and creative briefs - Recurring content franchises and editorial themes - Student success story strategy - Quant firm breakdowns, salary reports, recruiting insights, and career content - Organic lead generation from content - Content calendar and production workflow - Performance analysis and iteration - Managing editors, researchers, producers, and contractors as the team grows You will develop and own multiple content franchises to create repeatable formats that compound over time, not random posts. Qualifications - You have built or helped grow a serious organic content engine before - You understand YouTube, short-form video, LinkedIn, and newsletters - You know how to turn technical or niche topics into compelling stories - You understand hooks, titles, thumbnails, retention, and audience psychology - You are creative, analytical, and performance-driven - You care about leads and revenue, not just views - You can manage editors, researchers, producers, and contractors - You want ownership in a fast-moving startup environment Requirements This role is probably not right for someone who only wants to write blog posts, manage a social calendar, or create content without being accountable for applications, booked calls, and revenue impact. Benefits - Competitive compensation: $100,000 to $150,000 depending on experience - Performance-based upside for the right candidate - Remote work flexibility - High-ownership role with direct impact on company growth - Opportunity to build the leading media brand in quant careers - Work closely with the founding team - Ability to build and manage your own supporting content team over time

Role Description You'll own the creative behind everything that brings people to WallStreetQuants — organic short-form on TikTok and Instagram, paid social ads on Meta and TikTok, and the strategy that ties it all together. You're not just making content; you're building the system that turns attention into customers. What you'll actually do: - Own the creative strategy across organic and paid: hooks, angles, formats, narratives, what we test next - Write scripts and briefs for short-form video (TikTok, Reels, Shorts) and ad creative - Ship volume: we want 30-50 ad creative variations per month and consistent organic output. Iteration is the job. - Work closely with our media buyer to read performance data and feed it back into the next round of creative - Stay deep in the platforms — trends, formats, what's working for adjacent niches, what the algorithm is rewarding this week Qualifications - A portfolio that shows range: talking-head, voiceover/b-roll, testimonial, meme-edit — not one signature style - Comfort talking in performance terms (CTR, CPA, ROAS, hook rate, hold rate) and reading ad account data - You've personally shipped hundreds of ad variations, not dozens - Strong writing — hooks, scripts, captions. Most creative wins or loses in the first three seconds, and that's writing - You understand the full funnel: that ad creative interacts with landing page, offer, and audience, and you ask about all three Requirements - Background or genuine interest in markets, trading, quant finance, or technical subjects — you don't need to be a quant, but you should be able to learn this material fast and not make us cringe - You've built or grown your own creator account Benefits - $100-150K compensation - Full remote, flexible hours, async-first culture - Real ownership — you're shaping the channel, not executing someone else's brief

Role Description You'll be the engine behind our short-form content, ad & organic/email creative — turning ideas, briefs, and raw footage into finished, platform-ready videos, statics and emails that get posted and tested. This is a high-output, hands-on role. You won't be setting the strategy from day one — you'll be executing it well, learning fast, and growing into more ownership over time. If you're 1-3 years into your career, hungry, obsessed with marketing and want a seat at a creator-led business where your work actually ships, this is for you. What you'll actually do: - Edit short-form videos for TikTok, Reels, and Shorts: cuts, captions, sound design, b-roll, pacing - Produce ad creative variations at volume — when something works, we need 10 versions of it shipped quickly - Help write hooks, scripts, and captions under direction from seniors - Coordinate with freelance UGC creators and on-camera talent: schedule shoots, brief them, collect and organize footage - Manage posting schedules and basic channel admin across platforms - Stay on top of trends, formats, and what's working in finance/business content - Track basic performance (views, hooks rate, hold rate, CTR) and bring observations to the team - Create email marketing content & campaigns Qualifications - 1-3 years of marketing, either professionally or as a serious side project / personal channel - A reel or portfolio that shows you understand short-form pacing, hooks, captions, and platform-native editing — not just technical editing skills - Strong writing instincts — you can punch up a caption, sharpen a hook, suggest a better opening line - High volume mindset — you're excited about shipping a lot, iterating fast, and not getting precious about any single piece - Comfortable making viral content across channels: email / organic / paid (statics + videos) Nice to have - Background or genuine interest in finance, markets, trading, or quant topics (we'll teach you what you need to know, but curiosity helps) - You run or have run your own social media account with real engagement Benefits - $55-80K depending on experience - Full remote, flexible hours, async-first culture - Real growth path: this role can grow into Creative Strategist or Head of Content as the team scales

About the Role We're looking for a Marketing / GTM Engineer who sits at the intersection of marketing strategy and technical execution. You'll own the systems, automations, and campaigns that drive pipeline — from first touch to closed deal. This is a hands-on role for someone who's equally comfortable building email sequences, launching paid social campaigns, and wiring up the operational infrastructure that makes it all work. What You'll Do Email Marketing & Lifecycle Design, build, and optimize email campaigns across the full customer lifecycle — welcome sequences, nurture flows, re-engagement, and post-sale communications. You'll own deliverability, segmentation, A/B testing, and reporting. You care about open rates, but you care more about revenue attribution. Facebook & Paid Social Advertising Plan, launch, and manage Facebook and Instagram ad campaigns. This includes audience building, creative testing, retargeting strategies, and budget management. You'll continuously analyze performance and iterate to improve ROAS and reduce CAC. Sales Enablement & Alignment Work closely with the sales team to ensure marketing efforts translate into qualified pipeline. Build and maintain lead scoring models, handoff workflows, and reporting dashboards that give sales clear visibility into where leads come from and how to prioritize them. Marketing Operations Own the marketing tech stack — CRM, email platform, ad accounts, analytics tools, and the integrations between them. Build automations that eliminate manual work, ensure clean data flows, and enable the team to move faster. You'll be the person who makes sure nothing falls through the cracks.

This description is a summary of our understanding of the job description. Click on 'Apply' button to find out more. Role Description We’re looking for a Quant Recruiter to work directly with our students and candidates to help them land roles at quantitative finance firms. This is a hybrid advisory and placement role — you’ll coach candidates on their recruiting strategy, help them target the right firms, and actively facilitate introductions and placements. You’ll be compensated with a base salary plus a performance bonus tied to successful placements. - Advise students and candidates one-on-one on quant recruiting strategy, including firm selection, application timing, resume positioning, and interview preparation. - Help place candidates at quant roles across hedge funds, proprietary trading firms, HFTs, and asset managers by leveraging your network and industry relationships. - Hold weekly office hours (virtual) to provide open Q&A and group coaching sessions for WSQ members on recruiting, career paths, and industry trends. - Build and maintain relationships with hiring managers and recruiting contacts at quant firms to source live opportunities for WSQ candidates. - Track candidate pipelines and placement outcomes to continuously improve our recruiting process and identify gaps. - Collaborate with the WSQ team to develop recruiting-focused content, including firm guides, interview prep materials, and career path resources. - Stay current on the quant hiring landscape — which firms are hiring, what they’re looking for, compensation trends, and shifts in the recruiting cycle. Qualifications - You have direct experience in quant recruiting — either as a recruiter at a quant firm, a headhunter specializing in quant/trading placements, or as someone who has successfully navigated the quant recruiting process yourself. - You have a strong network across quantitative finance, including contacts at hedge funds, prop shops, HFTs, and/or multi-manager platforms. - You understand the nuances of quant roles — the difference between a quant researcher, quant trader, and quant developer, and what each type of firm actually looks for. - You’re comfortable advising candidates ranging from undergrads and new grads to experienced professionals making a career switch into quant. - You’re organized, responsive, and genuinely motivated by helping people land roles — not just filling seats. - You communicate clearly and directly. No fluff, no runaround. Requirements - Direct access to a pipeline of motivated, pre-vetted quant candidates — no cold sourcing. - Work at the intersection of quant finance and education with a small, fast-moving team. - Flexible, remote-first environment with autonomy over how you structure your work. - Real impact — you’re not filling requisitions for a faceless corporation, you’re changing the trajectory of people’s careers.
