• Establish and maintain the configuration management plan, including the Flosum branching strategy, metadata versioning conventions, and change control process for development teams • Define and enforce the no-manual-org-changes policy; audit Salesforce environments periodically to identify undocumented configuration drift • Maintain the Configuration Item (CI) inventory for all metadata components (e.g. custom objects, Flows, Apex classes, Permission Sets, Named Credentials, Platform Events, and Shield encryption configurations) • Support DevSecOps Engineer with metadata conflict resolution procedures and multi-branch merge governance
Job Requirements
- Eligibility to obtain a Public Trust clearance.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years in configuration management for software delivery programs, preferably in a DoD or federal environment
- Working knowledge of Salesforce metadata types and Flosum or comparable Salesforce source control tooling
- Familiarity with CMMI-DEV Configuration Management process area and/or ISO 9001 8 operational controls
- Experience establishing CM processes for multi-team Agile projects
- Active U.S. Government Secret or TS/SCI security clearance (preferred)
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (preferred)
- Familiarity with DAF aircrew scheduling, stan/eval, or training management mission areas (preferred)
- Experience with in-app help authoring tools (e.g. Salesforce in-app guidance, or equivalent) (preferred)
