• Elicit, analyze, and document business, functional, and technical requirements. • Develop user stories, use cases, process flows, and business requirements documents. • Facilitate requirements workshops and stakeholder meetings. • Maintain requirements traceability matrices and product backlogs. • Support Agile sprint planning and backlog prioritization. • Assist in test planning, validation, and user acceptance testing activities. • Collaborate with developers to ensure solutions meet documented requirements. • Support compliance, reporting, and financial business process initiatives. • Prepare documentation, presentations, training materials, and project artifacts.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Finance, or related field
- Business analysis and requirements management expertise
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Strong documentation and process-mapping skills
- Experience developing user stories, use cases, and workflow diagrams
- Knowledge of financial management systems or ERP platforms
- Experience with requirements traceability and testing support
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
