• Develop and refine compensation and career policies, aligning them with the company's needs and strategic objectives • Conduct Organizational Design studies, ensuring the company's structure is efficient and supports continuous growth • Conduct salary surveys and benchmarks to ensure compensation practices are aligned with market trends • Analyze fixed and variable compensation (including STIs: sales commissions, bonuses, profit-sharing (PLR), and LTIs: stock options), performing simulations and scenario projections • Ensure implementation of compensation policies and execution of salary adjustments, respecting technical criteria and internal equity • Prepare compensation studies and analyses to support managers in decision-making • Lead the strategic management of our benefits package, negotiating with vendors and identifying opportunities for improvement • Support the budgeting cycle through detailed analyses of compensation strategies
Job Requirements
- Previous experience in compensation with a focus on Organizational Design and Short- and Long-Term Incentives
- Experience with compensation methodologies and job evaluation
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, or related fields
- Advanced knowledge of Excel/Sheets
- Familiarity with job weighting methodologies (Towers, Hay Group, Mercer)

Role Description The Program Controller participates in the planning, tracking, analysis, and reporting on multiple projects of varying contract type, size, complexity, and level of risk. Responsibilities include significant interface with project managers, senior technical staff, as well as other functional organizations including contracts, finance, accounts receivable, procurement, subcontract management, etc. Duties will include, but are not limited to: - Reports detailed information, analyzes financial data in support of project cost/schedule status and presents briefings to SAIC managers and customers as required. - Accurately and timely report customer weekly and/or monthly status reports maintaining accurate burn rate and LOF information. - Support development of spend plans for assigned programs and perform financial analysis including but not limited to maintaining Estimate at Completion (EACs). - Participate in AOP (annual operating plan), Quarterly forecast, monthly latest revised estimates. - Analyze and reconcile cash flow, profitability, invoicing, unbillables and costs on hold on a recurring basis. - Submit and maintain purchase requisitions for subcontractors, consultants, and materials; monitoring subcontractor's cost and review/approval of invoices. - Participates in new business proposals, project projections, analysis of requirements, and input to cost and management volumes. - Support other programmatic ad hoc requests, as needed/requested by manager. - Proactively participates in process improvement efforts relating to finance. Role Description We are seeking an experienced Epic MyChart Application Analyst to support the design, build, optimization, and maintenance of Epic MyChart functionality. This role will partner with clinical, operational, and technical stakeholders to enhance patient engagement, improve user experience, and support ongoing portal enhancements and upgrades.
